Welcome to UD Trucks SAF DSIT Auction Store
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility

The UD Trucks DSIT Store is an internal auction platform exclusively available to UD Trucks staff members.

2. Nature of Auction

The store sells used IT devices via an auction process to ensure all eligible employees have a fair and equal opportunity to bid.

3. Device Condition

The condition of each device is clearly stated in its individual listing.
Please read all details carefully before placing a bid to avoid misunderstandings.

4. Bidding Process

  • Updates regarding the status of your bid will be communicated via email.

  • Employees who successfully won a device during phase 1 are not eligible to participate in the current phase.

  • You may use your personal email address if you do not have a work email account. However, you should ensure that your profile reflects your correct full name.

  • Please do not place bids on more than three devices, as this may limit other users’ opportunities to win.

  • Although you were not the successful bidder for the devices on which you placed bids, you may still have the opportunity to purchase a device at your highest bid amount, should the winning bidder have already secured another device.

5. Payment

  • The successful bidder is required to pay the full amount of their winning bid.

  • Payment must be made between the 1st and the 5th of June 2026, following the close of the auction.

    If payment is not received within this period, the right to purchase the device will be forfeited, and the opportunity will be offered to the next highest bidder.

  • Devices may only be collected once Proof of Payment (POP) has been received and confirmed by the Finance Department.

6. Auction Dates

These Terms and Conditions apply specifically to the auction taking place on 28 and 29 May 2026.

7. Limited peripherals and accessories

Laptop chargers, laptop bags, and desktop peripherals (including mice, keyboards, and cables) are available in limited quantities and are therefore not guaranteed to be included with every device. However, the inclusion or exclusion of these accessories is specified on the individual product listings.
